From 2pm/2.30 onwards
To celebrate the blooming apple trees in the Dorset Nectar orchard, Martin Maudsley and Lucy Roberts will weave together an atmospheric afternoon of storytelling and music in praise of blossom!
Come for a stroll through the flowery orchard, relax with a glass – or three – cool cider straight from the source, dance around the Maypole, then join us in the tasting room for folktales and folk songs woven around the theme of flowers, fertility and fine weather! Afterwards, as the cider flowers there will be a chance to join in with singing and toasting the trees…
The orchard will be open for drinks and promenading through the blossom trees from 2pm, followed by Maypole dancing around 3pm and storytelling and music from 4pm onwards…
